PAGID is again in the winner circle at USA road racing 2004

The 24h race in Daytona, for many years now a PAGID strong hold, was again a great success. 60% of the total field or 32 cars relied on the famous PAGID color coded yellow endurance pads. Either on the older RS19 compound or on the 2004 new introduced RS29 material. PAGID RS29 has been used among others by the US number 1 NASCAR celebrities Tony Stewart and Dale Earnhardt jun. and former 24h LeMans winner Andy Wallace, who led the race for 23h 45min. Also the GT class winner and 2nd overall Porsche 996 GT3RS run on PAGID pads.

In March the second highlight in US road racing, the 12h race in Sebring, part of the American LeMans Series, was held. Again over 50% of all GT cars run on PAGID pads and came in 1, 2, 3 in the race with the Porsche factory 996 GT3RSs placed 1 and 2.

Cars equipped with PAGID pads won also the 2nd and 3rd race of the Grand Am series, Homestead in Florida and Phoenix in Arizona.

Homestead again by the Crawford prototype and Phoenix by the famous US racecar manufacturer Riley & Scott.
