PAGID
captured again the GT class win at the Twelve Hours of
SEBRING.
Patrick Long, Jorg Bergmeister and Lucas Luhr led the
No. 31 Petersen Motorsports/White Lightning Racing Porsche
911 GT3 RSR to the GT2 win at the 12 Hours of Sebring.
At the start, the No. 23 Alex Job Racing Porsche 911 GT3
RSR, also on PAGID endurance pads, took the lead, passing
the pole-sitting No. 31 Petersen Porsche. The new No.
50 Panoz Motor Sports Panoz GTLM, also on PAGID pads,
got a solid start as Bill Auberlen moved into second.
When the Alex Job cars retired and the Panoz ran into
problems, there was only the Flying Lizard Porsche GT3RSR
left to really jeopardize Petersen Motorsports victory.
The No. 45 Flying Lizard Motorsports Porsche eventually
finished third due to a long pit stop to get the (non
Pagid) brakes worked on.
PAGID pads were dominating the Grand
Prix of Miami.
After having again more than 50% of the pack on PAGID
pads, PAGID finished 1, 2, 3 and 4 overall and also won
the GT class.
Wayne Taylor and Max Angelelli earned their second Rolex
Series victory of the season during the Grand Prix of
Miami on Saturday, March 5, in the No. 10 SunTrust Racing
Pontiac Riley.
Miami was also a terrific success for the PAGID distributor
The Racers Group. TRG won the GT class with a Porsche
GT3 Cup and finished 3 and 4 with their brand new Pontiac
Riley Daytona Prototypes.
