Strong Performance at Rolex 24 hour
race in Daytona

At the Rolex 24 hour race in Daytona 52 cars out of 70 run on Pagid Racing Brake Pads, that is PAGID's highest market share ever.

Cars equipped with PAGID Racing Brake Pads finished 2nd to 8th overall and 1st to 8th in the GT class.

In one of the most spectacular finishes in the 45 year history of the Rolex 24, the No. 11 Pontiac Riley of team SAMAX emerged on 2nd place, only 1 minute 16 seconds behind Juan Pablo Montoya in a nose-to-tail fight for the overall lead.

In a three-car battle over the final hours of the race the No. 10 SunTrust Pontiac Riley of Max Angelelli, Jeff Gordon, Jan Magnussen and Wayne Taylor finished 3rd, two laps down after losing 5 laps earlier in the race due to clutch problems. 4th place went to the Brumos Porsche Riley of Hurley Haywood, JC France, Joao Barbosa and Roberto Moreno.

GT class victory for PAGID

In a 24-hour battle of speed, weather, fatigue and the largest single class to compete in the Rolex 24 At Daytona, Scooter Gabel, Jean-Francois Dumoulin, Carlos de Quesada and Marc Basseng overcame them all, claiming the GT victory in the No. 22 Alegra Motorsports/Fiorano Racing Porsche GT3.

Second was the all new Pontiac GXP-R of team Banner Racing with Paul Edwards, Johnny O'Connell, Andy Pilgrim and Kelly Collins behind the wheel. The No. 64 Porsche 997 of the PAGID distributor 'The Racers Group' with Jim Lowe, Jim Pace, Johannes van Overbeek and Ralf Kelleners finished a strong 3rd place.
